Cleansing
Clean your skin carefully to minimize the chance of inflamed pores. Use lukewarm water and mild cleansing products so that the skin is not too degreased, eg anti-acne soap.
Hydrating
Hydrate your skin in the morning and in the evening with a facial cream for oily skin. This stabilizes the sebaceous gland production, soothes inflammation and mattifies your skin.
Deep cleansing
Use the Mud Mask once or twice a week for deeper cleansing of the skin. This removes excess dirt and sebum residues from the skin and hydrates at the same time.
And last but not least
- Protect your skin against the sun. During the first days of sun exposure, acne reduces due to the anti-inflammatory effect of UV radiation. But sunbathing causes a thickening of the epidermis, whereby the pores in the skin become clogged and can start to become inflamed again.
- Take a regular bath with Dead Sea salt. This cleanses the pores and helps the skin recover faster after damage.
- Use the Acne Lotion every evening on pimples and inflammations to reduce inflammation and prevent scarring.
- Give your skin time to recover, no matter how difficult this is!
