Rosacea

Rosacea

What is important for the success of rosacea treatment is, first of all, to recognise the skin condition. Indeed, some people mistake the inflammations for acne, but it is absolutely not: skin with rosacea should be treated as sensitive skin, and definitely not as impure skin.

Skin with rosacea is not oily, but rather dry. The skin's barrier function is disturbed and care is therefore aimed at restoring the skin barrier so that the skin can protect itself ever better from harmful external influences. In addition, do not shower and wash your skin too hot and gently pat your skin dry after showering/washing.

Cleansing

Never wash your face with water alone; this dries out the skin. Use a mild cleansing gel and lukewarm water or use the combination cleansing milk and facial tonic. No water is needed at all here. Remove make-up with one of our mild make-up removers.

Serum

Calm and nourish your skin by treating it with a vitamin cocktail. Our facial serums offer a broad spectrum of vitamins that support and restore your skin.

Facial cream

Protect your skin from external factors such as wind and cold with one of our rich creams.

Mask

Apply a mud mask once a week. This ensures that your skin is properly cleansed and supplied with trace elements that help repair and soothe the skin. Then pat the skin with tonic.

Although rosacea cannot be cured, there are a number of treatment methods that will benefit some and not as much or not at all others, such as laser treatments or cauterising the capillaries. Consult a qualified beautician about this.
