How to use
How to use
Remove any nail polish from your nails and wash your hands.
Step 1: Use the blue file to remove any hooks and irregularities on your nails by moving them over the nail surface for a few seconds. Repeat once a month.
Step 2: Use the grey file, again a few seconds, to remove any remaining irregularities and stimulate the blood circulation under your nails. This ensures healthy and strong growth. Repeat this twice a month.
Step 3: Polish each nail for 5-10 seconds with the white file until a nice shine appears. This shine will last a week to two weeks, depending on your work. You can use this step as often as you want. This is only good for the nails ! The white side is twice on the buffer to make sure it lasts a long time.
