Dead Sea Salt

Washing with Dead Sea salt improves the condition of the skin and your health in general.

Dead Sea salt:

• maintains the moisture level of the skin, making dry skin less dry, for example.
• cleans and disinfects.
• removes dead skin cells.
• gives the skin a healthy appearance.
• reduces wrinkle formation.
• relieves and remedies chronic skin conditions.

For a bath: Dissolve a cup of Dead Sea salt in a bath of warm water. Bathe for 15 minutes, cleanse the skin with a mild soap and lukewarm water.

For a foot bath: dissolve half a cup of Dead Sea salt and bathe for ten minutes. Dry the feet well and apply a foot cream.

You can also use Dead Sea salt for washing: you can easily prepare a salt solution by dissolving 250 g of Dead Sea salt in 750 ml of water. You put this solution in a plastic bottle and put it in the bathroom. In this way you create a salt water lotion with the same concentration as that of the Dead Sea. 

In the shower: After showering, rub yourself with the salt lotion by using a washcloth and let it dry on the skin. You can also wash it off, but this will undo part of the effect. 

Also suitable for use in jacuzzi.

Dead Sea salt has no harmful side effects. It is ideal for home use: it leaves no substances in the bathtub or sink and has an unlimited shelf life.
